(i) All Money Orders, Bank Drafts, etc., should be drawn in favour of Treasurer, The Indian Science Congress Association.

(ii) We prefer to receive the amount by Bank Draft.
|
(iii) Members are requested to mention their Reg. No. & Card No. while making any correspondence at ISCA office.
|
(iv) As per resolution of Executive Committee in its meeting held on October 10, 2004 application for membership of ISCA in ‘Care of’ of some other person is generally discouraged. However, if in the application form “care of” address is given then there should be also signature of the person in whose name “care of” is given.
|
(v) Admission fee of Rs. 50/- is needed only for becoming a new annual member and not for sessional member / life member/ Institutional member / student member / donor.
|
(vi) Presentation of Papers : A copy of complete paper accompanied by an abstract in tripticate not exceeding onel hundred words and not containing any diagram or formula, must reach the General Secretary (Hqrs.) Latest by September 15, each year.
|
(vii) Members of all categories are entitled to railway Concession of return ticket by the same route with such conditions as may be laid down by the Railway Board for travel to attend the Science Congress session provided that their travelling expenses are not borne, even partly,by the Government (Central or State), Staturory Authority or a University or a City Corporation.
|
(viii) Members all categories are entitled to reading facilities between 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on all weekdays (except Saturdays & Sundays) in the library of the Association.
|
(ix) Members of all categories may use Guest House facilities, Lecture Hall hiring at the rates fixed by the Association from time to time.
|
(x) Members of all categories should bring the Membership Card always for attending any Seminar, Conference and / or Annual Congress organized by ISCA in future.
|
